Being on Auto-Ship with at least 160 Auto-Ship Qualification (ASQ), grants IBDs access to additional pay levels, higher payout percentages, and qualifies them for additional bonuses such as Quick Start, Assignment Feature, Personal Rebates, etc.

Auto-Ship is processed on the 15th of every month.

New IBDs signing up can make their very first order an autoship order (and thereby qualify for the additional bonuses mentioned above) regardless of what day of the month they register on. Their order will ship immediately with no waiting for the next Auto-Ship date. The following month and all subsequent months, their Auto-Ship will be on the standard date of the 15th.

Everyone on Auto-Ship must agree to the terms and conditions by signing an Auto-Ship Agreement Form and returning it to LifeQuest World Corp.

Assignment allows an Independent Business Director (IBD) to manage their front line (or 1st level) and build a good strong organization with depth on any particular leg they decide to build. 

• An IBD can move any New personally sponsored IBD within 120 days of their enrollment and assign them to any accepting IBD in their personal down line. 
  
  
• The IBD that moves their new IBD is the Assignor IBD and the receiving IBD is called the Assignee IBD; the Assignee IBD is their new immediate upline.
  
  
• The Assignor and the Assignee IBD must both be on Case Auto Ship (CAS).
  
  
• The new Assigned IBD’s volume is considered the Assignee’s “Assignment Group Volume”.
  
  
• The Assignee must qualify to a ranking within the Unilevel Plan with Personal Group Volume to be paid on any Assigned IBD in their group. The Assigned IBD’s volume can not be greater than the Assignee’s volume when Assigned (moved).
  
  
• To Assign an IBD after the 120 days, the Assignor IBD will need to complete an Assignment/Adoption Feature Change Form and return it to LifeQuest World Corp.

Just as with Assignment, you can possibly find yourself in a position where an IBD you sponsored would like to be moved or placed elsewhere under a different IBD. This is called Adoption. The IBD that would like to be Adopted can be moved upward in the same line or can cross all lines and all groups in the entire genealogy of the company to be Adopted by an IBD in a separate line.

In either case, for an IBD to be Adopted, they need to complete and return to LifeQuest World Corp. an Assignment/Adoption Feature Change Form and get the approval of the 8 levels upline of personally linked sponsors (if the IBD has 8 members in their upline). Each of the personally linked sponsors (8 levels upline) must agree to the Adoption and sign and return their agreement.

An IBD will be paid a Personal Rebate of 20% on all purchases above 160 points of personal volume (PV) each month. Before any Rebates are paid, the IBD must have accumulated 480 points of personal volume (PV) and must be on autoship for 160 Auto-Ship Qualification (ASQ). (The 480 PV is accumulative from the first order made as an IBD and when reached that amount requirement is fulfilled.)

EXAMPLES: On autoship, an IBD buys one 4-pack of ImmunXT (160 ASQ) in March, April and May. The IBD now have accumulated 480 PV and will now qualify for Personal Rebates on future orders over 160 ASQ per month.

In June, the IBD purchases two 4-packs of ImmunXT (320 ASQ). The IBD will be paid a Personal Rebate of 20% on the amount of points earned over 160PV. In this example, the IBD purchased 160 points over and so earned a Personal Rebate for June of $32.00 (160x20%).

Or, if in June the IBD decides to purchase on autoship one 4-pack of ImmunXT (160 ASQ) and later during the same month purchases 1 box of ImmunXT (40PV), the IBD will be paid a Personal Rebate of 20% on the 40 points additional, therefore earning a Rebate for June of $8.00 (40x20%).
