SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All products shipped from LQWC will be charged shipping and handling charges.

RETAIL SALES (Company Direct-Consumer Club)  
  • A Consumer Club Customer(CCC) can purchase product directly from the Company. The CCC must have the referring IBD’s Personal Identification Number (PIN) to order product and to receive their own personal CCC Pin number. The CCC will be charged shipping and handling charges as applied by the company. The referring IBD will be paid the Retail Profit in full. Retail Sales contribute to the IBD’s monthly Personal Group Volume. Retail profits are paid monthly.

ENTRY LEVEL  
  • A person can become an independent distributor of LifeQuest World Corporation’s products and services by submitting a completed application and paying the application fee ($30.00).
     
  • The minimum entry level for a distributor in LifeQuest has the title of Director. All distributors in LifeQuest are Directors, each of different ranking, and are referred to generically as an Independent Business Director or IBD.
  • An entry level distributor will be paid according to the Unilevel Pay Plan by having a minimum monthly Personal Volume of 40 points.
ASSIGNMENT
  • An IBD can move any new personally sponsored IBD within 120 days of their enrollment and assign them to any accepting IBD in their personal down line.
     
  • The IBD that moves their new IBD is the Assignor IBD and the receiving IBD is called the Assignee IBD; the Assignee IBD is their new immediate upline.
     
  • The Assignor and the Assignee IBD must both be on Case Auto Ship (CAS)*.
     
  • The new Assigned IBD’s volume is considered the Assignee’s “Assignment Group Volume”.
     
  • The Assignee must qualify to a ranking within the Unilevel Plan with Personal Group Volume to be paid on any Assigned IBD in their group. Assignee IBDs are not paid on Assignment Group Volume until the Assignee IBD has qualified to the “Paid As” title (excluding the Assignment Group Volume).

* Case Auto Ship (CAS) is product or product mix that is equal to or greater than 160P

PERSONAL REBATES
  • An IBD will be paid a Personal Rebate on all purchases above 160 ASQ.
  • An IBD must have an accumulated PV of 480PV before any Rebates are paid.
  • The accumulation is calculated from the first order placed by the IBD. Personal Rebate of 20% (that would normally be paid as the First Level Quick Start Bonus) is paid.
QUICK START BONUS  

An IBD will be paid a Quick Start Bonus based on the Personal Volume of the IBD’s personally sponsored IBDs through 60 days from their initial case purchase of a minimum of 160 PV.

Sponsoring IBDs involved in Quick Start Bonuses must be on Case Auto Ship (CAS) of product mix that is equal to or greater than 160PV. IBDs will be paid on personally sponsored IBDs and IBD’s sponsored on their 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels. Bonuses are paid weekly.

The following Pay Plan is for Quick Start Bonuses:

  • Level 1 – 20%
  • Level 2 – 10%
  • Level 3 – 10%
  • Level 4 – 8 %

UNILEVEL COMMISSION PAY PLAN (ULPP) (PAYS 8 LEVELS/TOTAL OF 48%) Director’s Titles and Qualifications are as follows:

Director (D)
Must have purchases of 40 PV/month.
A Director will be paid on 3 levels in the Uni-level Pay Plan (ULPP) of Personal Group Volume. A Director is not qualified for any other bonuses, such as Quick Start, Personal Rebates or Bonus Pools and does not share in the benefits of the Assignment Feature, Compression, etc.

Associate Director (AD)
Must be an IBD and be Case-Qualified (CASQ) with a minimum of 160 PV.
Associate Directors will be paid on 4 levels in the ULPP of Personal Group Volume. This is also the first position where IBDs start to build serious organizations by utilizing the Quick Start Bonus, Unilevel Commission, Compression, Assignment Feature, Personal Rebates, etc.

Managing Director (MD)
Must be an IBD and be Case-Qualified (CASQ) with a minimum of 160 PV.
Managing Directors will be paid on 5 levels in the ULPP of Personal Group Volume if they have Personally Sponsored 3 AD’s and have Group Volume of 1,000 to and including Qualifying Volume Level 5 (QVL5).

Senior Director (SD)
Must be an IBD and be Case-Qualified (CASQ) with a minimum of 160 PV.
Senior Directors will be paid on 6 levels in the ULPP of Personal Group Volume if they have Personally Sponsored 3 MD’s and have Group Volume of 5,000 to and including Qualifying Volume Level 6 (QVL6).

Executive Director (ED)
Must be an IBD and be Case-Qualified (CASQ) with a minimum of 160 PV.
Executive Directors will be paid on 7 levels in the ULPP of Personal Group Volume if they have Personally Sponsored 3 SD’s and have Group Volume of 30,000 to and including Qualifying Volume Level 7 (QVL7).

Diamond Director (DD)
Must be an IBD and be Case-Qualified (CASQ) with a minimum of 160 PV.
Diamond Directors will be paid on 8 levels in the ULPP of Personal Group Volume if they have Personally Sponsored 3 ED’s and have Group Volume of 40,000 to and including Qualifying Volume Level 8 (QVL8).
